Privacy Policy
1. The Operator confirms that it complies with all applicable laws and required assumptions regarding the protection of personal data, in accordance with applicable laws.
2. The www.okba.sk portal is governed by the provisions of Act no. 428/2002 Coll. on the protection of personal data, as amended, and is in accordance with Directive 2016/680 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and Act No. 18/2018 Z. z. on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendments to Certain Laws, published in the Collection of Laws of the Slovak Republic.
3. The provision of data that may be considered personal under the Personal Data Protection Act in conjunction with other data is voluntary.
4. By agreeing this document, the Customer gives consent to the Operator to process the registration data include IP adress as well as the consent to their browsing by third parties who are members of the OKBA Portal in the scope of:
- Consent to receive news from the portal. Occasional news about new portal features, new articles, ads, and more
- Agrees to be contacted by other portal members as a result of cooperation, events, actions, advertising, and more.
